My sessions encompass a variety of massage techniques, assessments, and personalized treatment plans to assist in achieving your optimal health and well being. Thus far in my education my treatments include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Pre and Postnatal, Sports, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Spa Treatments along with treatments for plantar fascia, headaches and migraines.

I believe that in a combination of nutrition, exercise and soft tissue release, through massage therapy are integral aspects for maintaining optimal health and balance to the body and mind!
